MWI Service Enterprise LLC provides in-house fiber laser cutting in Houston using a Senfeng SF3015HM system. The laser supports custom profiles in steel, stainless steel and aluminum for industrial fabrication projects.

Our documented cutting applications include brackets, flange blanks and structural components made from sheet stock. A cut blank can be one part of a larger fabricated assembly, or the starting point for a formed component.

Some parts require bends after the flat profile is cut. MWI also operates an in-house Ermak press brake. Discuss the cutting and press brake forming requirements together so the part geometry, material and fabrication sequence can be reviewed for your project.
